Our website has been built to be accessible for users with special requirements. Whilst some functions of the website will not be compatible with all devices (such as maps on a screen reader), where possible we have tried to ensure all content is available for the largest number of our users. In cases where it is not possible to deliver data electronically, information can be obtained by calling our customer services on 01303 853000.

To help users access the site we have provided the following information.

  • use an up-to-date browser. We recommend using the latest version of your browser to improve your browsing experience and to keep you as secure as possible whilst online. To find out which browser version you are using select the about option from the help menu.

From within your browser you can change colours and font sizes.

  • to make our website as user-friendly as possible we have designed each page with a simple navigation structure and clear headings which make pages easier to read and enable users to jump directly to the relevant part of the page using assistive technologies (for example users without a mouse)
  • the text has been written in plain English and we avoid jargon where possible
