Please note that on Wednesday 20 January 2021 from 18:00 to 22:00 you will not be able to use online forms or be able to view MyAccount Citizen's Access for Housing Benefit or Council Tax due to system upgrades. We apologise for this inconvenience.

Once you submit the online form, if you have included an email address you will be emailed a list of any evidence required to process your application. You can use the button below to submit your evidence.
The easiest way of getting all the information to us, provided originals aren't required, is to scan or photograph the documents on your phone or tablet (ensuring the whole document can be seen clearly) and attach it following the instructions on the form below.
Once your application has been processed you will receive an entitlement letter. If we're unable to process your change and require further information we'll contact you by phone or email.
