Tenants and leaseholders: share your views in our draft Tenant Engagement Strategy 2021-2024 consultation
We are encouraging our tenants and leaseholders to have their say on the council's draft Tenant Engagement Strategy 2021-2024 in a consultation that runs until Friday 12 March 2021.
The Tenant Engagement Strategy is a document that sets out a plan for how tenants and leaseholders can get more involved in the F&HDC housing service - including how the council provides its services, makes decisions, and acts on tenant's feedback.
We have listened carefully to what our tenants and leaseholders have said in recent surveys, and worked closely with the Tenant and Leaseholder Board in partnership with the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) to create a draft programme that makes it as easy as possible for tenants to choose to participate as much or as little as they like.
To progress the strategy we would like to give our tenants an opportunity to put forward their views and comments on the draft. Tenants sit at the heart of all we do so it is important to us that as many tenants and leaseholders as possible let us know what they think.
If you are a tenant or leaseholder in the Folkestone & Hythe district, please tell us what you think about the draft Tenant Engagement Strategy 2021-2024 by emailing email@example.com, or by writing to the 'Tenant Liaison Officer' at Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent CT20 2QY.
Any tenants who cannot access the consultation online can request a paper copy by calling 01303 853000. This service is open 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, except Wednesday when it is available 9.30-5pm.
The consultation is open until Friday 12 March 2021.
The draft Tenant Engagement Strategy 2021-2024 will be revised following feedback and we aim for a finalised version to be published on the council's website in April 2021.
