Planning Performance Agreement Meetings generally take place monthly between the promoter team, the local planning authority and Kent County Council as part of the pre application process for Otterpool Park.

Given the scale and impact of the proposals for Otterpool Park, the council commissioned consultants Savills to do an independent 'heath check' of the draft framework masterplan before it was finalised. The review looked at the capacity of the site for development, its financial viability and the master planning work completed to date.
