Paying rent

There are many quick and easy ways to pay your rent, service charges and if applicable your ground rents. It is important you pay these on time. At no time should your account fall into arrears.

During the COVID-19 outbreak tenants should continue to pay rent and abide by all other terms of their tenancy agreement. If your ability to pay your rent as normal is affected, it's important to contact us and have a conversation with the council as soon as possible so we can help you find a solution.

If you do fall behind with your rent, visit this About my rent web page for more information,  or please click here to contact us  as soon as possible.
