What to do if you have received a final notice
The final notice has been sent as your instalments have not been paid by the due date shown on your bill and your account is in arrears. At least one reminder notice has previously been sent within the financial year but our records show you have defaulted again.
The final notice cancels your legal right to pay by instalments. Paying the outstanding instalments now will not cancel the final notice. A summons may be issued if you do not pay the full amount on the notice within ten days of the date of issue or make a suitable alternative arrangement. A court summons will incur additional costs.
