How to set up or amend e-billing 

Click the button below to receive future bills by email and provide us with:

  • your Council Tax account number
  • the email address you wish the emails to be sent to
  • confirmation that you are authorised to request this service

You should let us know if:

  • you change email address
  • you no longer wish to receive the service

Receive your bill by email

We are required by law to send all other notices, reminders, final notices, and summonses, in paper format.

What happens next?

When we receive your application, you will be sent an email to confirm we have received your request and future bills will be sent to the email address you provided. 

Bills sent by email have the same legal status as those sent by post.

Pay by Direct Debit

Most of our residents pay by Direct Debit, you could too. 

Direct Debit is the safest and easiest way to pay your Council Tax. Direct Debit will ensure that payments are made on time and for the right amount so you never forget to pay your bill.

Set up a Direct Debit

The bills are issued in accordance with The Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rating (Electronic Communications) (England) Order 2003 and as such is treated as "given, served or supplied by sending the notice or information to that person by electronic communication to such address as may be notified by that person for that purpose".
