There is a car park at Stockham Court and a few parking spaces at the rear of Biggins Wood Road (110-128). The staff office is not within Stockham Court but at 101 Biggins Wood Road.

Mobility scooter storage

There are no scooter storage sheds at this scheme. You cannot leave a mobility scooter in any communal area, internally or externally.

Gardens

There are communal gardens surrounding Stockham Court and Biggins Wood Road. There are bin stores at both schemes. The gardens are maintained by Folkestone and Hythe District Councils grounds maintenance team.
