We're committed to delivering high levels of customer service to all our customers, as outlined in our Customer Access Strategy 2020 - 2023 (PDF, 2.58MB) . We have an online form so that you can:
Compliments or feedback
Provide us feedback so we can understand what works well and should be repeated in the delivery of other similar services or send us a compliment so we can give credit to the staff involved, and share their good practice.
Complaints
We recognise that we get it wrong sometimes, and we'll always thoroughly investigate any complaint and see what lessons we can learn to serve you better. We will apologise if we are at fault and let you know what changes we have put into place to prevent it happening again.
We will not normally investigate anonymous complaints but may do so depending on the circumstances, including the seriousness of the issue, the credibility of the concern, and the likelihood of confirming the allegation.
