The Housing Asset Management Strategy provides direction for the future maintenance, improvement and development of the council's housing stock. It also includes the small commercial portfolio and other properties that the housing service has responsibility for.
The strategy considers the competing demands on housing budgets and defines a set of objectives and priorities that will inform future maintenance, retrofitting and development. It is an important document that is required to inform the Housing Revenue Account 30 year business plan.
