Otterpool Park LLP (limited liability partnership) is searching for an Independent Chair to lead the board.

Otterpool Park LLP (limited liability partnership) is searching for an Independent Chair to lead the board. We are seeking an inspiring, driven individual with excellent leadership skills and experience in the realms of planning, design, finance, legal, business development or the delivery of housing and infrastructure.

The chair will drive forward the direction of the proposed 10,000 home garden town. Candidates are expected to have significant experience of working at board level in a company, LLP, public or charitable organisation and be confident at challenging constructively.

A Folkestone & Hythe District Council spokesperson said: “Otterpool Park is entering an exciting new chapter. We’re looking forward to welcoming an Independent Chair to head the board and help us create a sustainable, world-class garden community.”

Otterpool Park is a new garden town being created in the Kent countryside; it will be a place to lead a healthy, active, sustainable lifestyle in a creative, inclusive and vibrant community.
