Ukrainians arriving in the district and their hosts now have access to a range of information to help during their stay.
A handbook - produced by Folkestone & Hythe District Council - provides guidance on many issues and advises people where to get support.
Topics covered include welfare and finance, emergency food, health (including mental health), education and other assistance for children and young people, sports and leisure, and housing.
As well as the handbook (which is being translated into Ukrainian and Russian), a dedicated email address and phone line have been set up for people to ask questions.
Cllr Jenny Hollingsbee, F&HDC Cabinet Member for Communities, said:"We can only imagine the trauma of what the Ukrainian refugees have been through to get here and of course, the trauma of what they have left behind.
"As a warm and welcoming district, I know we will all do our best to make the refugees' stay comfortable. I believe that our handbook provides as much information as possible to help make this happen, along with the guidance and support we're offering with our bespoke email and phone line."
