This type of permit is suitable for businesses who regularly visit and park at a specific location. For example, window cleaner or carers.
How it works
The permit holder is allowed to park their vehicle (car, invalid carriage, or goods vehicle) in permit holder and shared use bays in the permit zone during operational hours.
Please note that this permit is not valid where there is a loading/unloading restriction, in pay and display bays, on yellow lines, parking places reserved for specific users such as taxi ranks, bus stops, loading bays, school keep clear markings, off street car parks or in Radnor Park Avenue, Radnor Park West, West Cliff Gardens or Pound Way.
Please note only the vehicle quoted on the permit will be able to park without restriction within the CPZ at any one time.
Blue Badge holders; do not require a permit to park in permit holder or shared use bays.
What do I need to provide with my application?
You must provide a valid email address and submit proof of your business eg
- business card
- compliments slip
- headed paper
- copy of tax return

A paper parking permit will be sent to you to display in your vehicle when parking across the district.
