What can I comment on?
You can support, object or make a general comment about a planning application.
Valid objections
When objecting, there are only certain types of objection that can be considered when assessing a planning application. These are known as 'material considerations'.
Some examples of valid objections include:
- loss of light or overshadowing
- overlooking or loss of privacy
- hazards to pedestrians
- increased risk of traffic accidents
