If you're dissatisfied with the service you've received from us, you may feel the need to make a formal complaint.
We recognise that we get it wrong sometimes, and we'll always thoroughly investigate any complaint and see what lessons we can learn to serve you better. We'll apologise if we are at fault and let you know what changes we've put into place to prevent it happening again.
We will not normally investigate anonymous complaints but may do so depending on the circumstances, including the seriousness of the issue, the credibility of the concern, and the likelihood of confirming the allegation.
