The purpose of the scheme is to let you know what information will be automatically or routinely published by us
The publication scheme aims to make the maximum amount of current information available at minimum inconvenience and cost to the public.
You don't have to make a Freedom of Information request to view the information in the publication scheme; the information is available either to view or download below.
In exceptional circumstances some information may be available only by viewing in person. Where this manner is specified, contact details will be provided. An appointment to view the information will be arranged within a reasonable timescale.
As the aim is to provide current information, some documents may not be available as we may only keep these for a certain period of time, known as a retention schedule.
If you have any problems viewing or accessing documents online, please contact us for assistance and we will provide the document in another form or format.
Material which is published and accessed through the website will be provided free of charge. If you require copies of documents, photocopies and postage and packaging are charged in line with our fees schedule however these fees are waived should you require printed versions for accessibility reasons.
If a charge is to be made, confirmation of the payment due will be given before the information is provided. Payment may be requested prior to provision of the information.
Local land charges searches are subject to their own fees schedule, information of which is available here.
You may use and re-use the information featured on the website (not including logos) free of charge in any format or medium, under the terms of the Open Government Licence.
