Occasional cooking demonstrations, using low-cost ingredients to prepare simple, healthy meals. Linked to the Hythe Pantry and Mobile Food Services run by the Rainbow Centre.

Home-based course - Ingredients and small items of equipment are delivered to the home and each participant is supported by a mentor. Course graduates can join an online or WhatsApp cooking community after the course has finished.
